Designing through a feminist framework means that we take gender equity and the politics of curriculum seriously and encourage all education projects to do the same. Our praxis approach expects us to equally value theory, research and experience.
We collaborate. We make good think-partners.
Fighting for gender equity and inclusion is not easy work and we can play a supporting role or lead the pursuit. We are excited to learn and work with lifelong feminists and those who are just getting their feet wet.
We can strengthen what you already do or guide new pursuits. On-site instructional coaching supports the enactment of new curricula and programming as well as provide leadership support. We have many years of teaching, learning and leading in single-sex schools, pro-girl non-profits, health and sexuality programming, community education and smaller non-traditional learning spaces.
We can design stand-alone sessions or reoccurring opportunities for longer term engagements with ideas. On-site professional development is tailored for faculty, staff, family & community engagement, and board member development about a range of topics and challenges related to gender and sexuality in education.
